kkbd5 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered by kkbd5, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and fish arcade games. kkbd5 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these T&C regularly.

These T&C are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version provided for reference, the English version shall prevail. All monetary amounts referenced in these T&C are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

To register and use the kkbd5 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kkbd5 strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 21.
• You must be a resident or citizen of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with kkbd5 or have had a previous account closed for breach of these T&C.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your real name, date of birth, and valid Bangladesh mobile number.

kkbd5 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account pending verification.

Each player may hold only one registered account with kkbd5. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If kkbd5 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge them, close them, or apply restrictions at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. kkbd5 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kkbd5 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All deposits and withdrawals on the kkbd5 platform are transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkbd5 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available at kkbd5's discretion and will be subject to these T&C. kkbd5 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges as per their standard terms.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through kkbd5:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kkbd5 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kkbd5 typically processes withdrawal requests within 10 minutes, but processing times may vary subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• kkbd5 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed required verification.

Any funds deposited into a kkbd5 account that cannot be matched to an eligible registered player may be returned to source without notice. kkbd5 is not a banking institution and player funds are not protected by deposit guarantee schemes. Player funds are held separately from kkbd5 operating capital for the purpose of player fund protection.

kkbd5 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spin campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general T&C, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by kkbd5 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one eligible account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• kkbd5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirement already in progress for a player at the time of withdrawal will be honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional terms, or in violation of these T&C will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited. kkbd5's decision in such matters is final.

Each game available on the kkbd5 platform is governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. kkbd5 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the rules of a game. All games offered on kkbd5 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.

In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or technical failure that results in a game being settled incorrectly, kkbd5 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. kkbd5 is not liable for any loss of winnings or other damages resulting from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkbd5 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including the depositing of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, using bots, automated betting scripts, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any way that provides an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering using false identity details for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming bonuses more than once, or any other fraudulent purpose.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at kkbd5 staff or other players through any communication channel.

kkbd5 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, kkbd5 may take immediate action without prior notice, including account suspension, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

kkbd5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides all registered players with access to the following player protection tools via their account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time reminders and session time limits; cooling-off periods; and permanent or temporary self-exclusion. Players who wish to activate any of these tools should contact the kkbd5 support team or access the responsible gaming section of their account settings.

If you believe that you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek assistance from a qualified organisation. Responsible gaming is a shared responsibility. kkbd5's self-exclusion facility allows players to exclude themselves from the platform for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, bonus marketing communications will cease, and any attempt to open a new account will be refused if identified.

All content on the kkbd5 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of kkbd5 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the kkbd5 platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose without the prior written consent of kkbd5.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkbd5, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if kkbd5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kkbd5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kkbd5 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these T&C shall operate to exclude or limit kkbd5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

kkbd5 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where amendments are material, kkbd5 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account.

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kkbd5 operates as an international online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be submitted to kkbd5 support in writing in the first instance.
